How do I make Medical Mangoes?
Step 1 :
It all starts with fresh mangoes selected for the season. The season for regular mangoes is April to about the end of October. From November to about the end of April it’s best to use Honey Mangoes or alphonso mangoes.
Once you have the right mango for the season, then it’s time to skin it, cut it up and take the seed out.
Personally, I use a machine to cut up my mangoes because I get a more uniform cut and it’s better for dehydrating, the machine cuts them in exactly 3/16 of an inch.
After, I dehydrate the mango I fill it up with tincture.
Information about the Chocolate
Chocolate production starts with harvesting coca in a forest. Cocoa comes from tropical evergreen Cocoa trees, such as Theobroma Cocoa, which grow in the wet lowland tropics of Central and South America, West Africa and Southeast Asia (within 20 C of the equator) (Walter,1981) Cocoa needs to be harvested manually in the forest. The seed pods of coca will first be collected; the beans will be selected and placed in piles.
Step 2 :
So how do you make a tincture…
It’s pretty simple find the type of herb you would like, in my case it is Blue Lotus.
Weight out how much you will use because this will determine the potency and cover the herb with alcohol. You can use Vodka which is 40% alcohol, 80% proof because it is a clear liquid and will extract the beneficial alkaloids. Let that sit for about a month and shake up the mixture every day.
After a month, screen out the herb with a cheesecloth into a new glass container. You will find that there is a sufficient amount of liquid in the herb itself so put the herb wrapped in the cheese cloth into a press to release the liquid from the herb.
Blue Lotus: Info & Lore
The blue lotus has a long history of traditional use in several cultures around the world. Records of its use are most abundantly available in ancient Egyptian scripts and art.
Step 3 :
Now you have an alcohol extracted tincture, put Mangoes into that glass container and let it sit overnight.
You may think it is a far-fetched idea but in many different liquor stores they sell peaches in moonshine.
Keep in mind just as drinking alcohol dehydrates you, alcohol will dehydrate the mangoes faster.
So be careful on the second dehydrate.
